(“SL Compliance,” “ReadyWork,”

with the ReadyWork platform.
This Privacy Policy is designed to align with and supplement the
ReadyWork Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of
Use control.
1. Scope and Role of SL Compliance
ReadyWork is a software platform that enables clients to manage
onboarding workflows and compliance-related processes for staffing
activities.
Role of SL Compliance:

does not make employment decisions

Clients (and their customers) are responsible for:
- Determining what data is collected and submitted
- Ensuring lawful processing of Personal Information
- Obtaining all necessary notices and consents

A. Information Provided by Clients (“Customer Data”)
Clients may upload or provide:
- Names and identifiers of users, workers, or candidates
- Training and credential information
- Workflow and onboarding status data
- Billing and account information
- Technical or system profile data
B. Personal Information
“Personal Information” includes:
- Information regulated under employment-related laws
- Non-public personal information under applicable law
- Any information that identifies or relates to an individual
We collect and process Personal Information
only as instructed by our clients.
C. Automatically Collected Information

Because SL Compliance acts as a service provider:

SL Compliance:

13. Children’s Privacy
ReadyWork is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly
collect Personal Information from children.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Updates will be:
- Posted within the platform or website
- Effective as of the revised “Effective Date”
